言葉が話せないからこそ、この態度が全て

子犬の頃にしつけ教室を探していて、比較的近い場所で良さそうだったのでワンコ・ワークスを選びました。しつけやお泊まりなどで利用させていただいています。きなこはワンコ・ワークスに来ると、車から降りて一心不乱に歩き、スタッフさんを見ると尻尾をブンブン振って喜び、迎えに行くと、まだ帰りたくない様子で中に戻って行こうとします。言葉が話せないからこそ、この態度が全てだと思っています。
“When I was looking for a training class for my puppy, I chose Wancoworks because it was relatively close and seemed like a good fit. We’ve since used both their training and boarding services. Every time Kinako comes here, she eagerly jumps out of the car, wagging her tail energetically as soon as she sees the staff. When I come to pick her up, she even tries to go back inside as if she’s not ready to leave. Since dogs can’t talk, I think this behavior says it all.”

愛情を持って接してくださる

インターネットでワンコ・ワークスを知り、パピー時期の社会化のためにショートステイを回数券で利用しました。ナラは大型犬で成長が早く、体重もどんどん増えていましたが、パピー時期なら購入時の体重で半年間利用でき、半年以降も9ヶ月まで追加料金で継続できることに感動しました✨
ドッグランでは不安がありましたが、訓練士の方がいるので安心できました。犬は言葉を話せませんので、最初は預けることに少し不安もありましたが、スタッフさんがいつも明るく笑顔で迎えてくださり、ショートステイ中の様子を教えてくださったり、可愛い写真もいただけました。
でも一番感じたのは、ナラがワンコ・ワークスを本当に好きなんだなぁということ。いつも愛情を持って接してくださるスタッフの方に感謝しています。
ナラがとても良い子に育っているのは、ここでお世話になっているおかげだと思います。いつもありがとうございます。
“I found Wancoworks online and started using their short-stay service with a coupon package to help socialize our puppy. Nara is a large breed and was growing quickly, but I was impressed that the short-stay plan could be used for six months based on the puppy’s weight at the time of purchase, and that it could be extended until 9 months with an additional fee.
I was initially anxious about letting her play in the dog park, but having a trainer present made me feel reassured. Since dogs can’t express themselves in words, I had some hesitation at first about leaving her, but the cheerful and welcoming staff, the updates during her stay, and the adorable photos they provided made all the difference.
Above all, I could really feel that Nara truly loves Wancoworks. I’m deeply grateful to the staff who always care for her with such affection. I believe the reason Nara is growing into such a well-behaved dog is thanks to the time she’s spent here. Thank you so much, always.”

もっと早く知っていれば

日中、ケージレスのホテルを探していて、ワンコ・ワークスを選びました。スタッフの皆さんが愛を持って犬たちに接してくださる点がとても良いです。普段から自由に家の中やお庭で遊ぶさくらは、散歩の習慣がなく、リードも使ったことがないため、通常のペットホテルではストレスが溜まり、16歳になるまでペットホテルに泊まったことがありませんでした。
しかし、ワンコ・ワークスでは、さくらが自由に歩き回り、遊べる環境を作っていただき、心から感謝しています。
また、スタッフの皆様が愛情を持って可愛がってくださり、お世話になっている間に、毎日の写真とともにさくらの様子を教えていただけるのがとても安心でした。
お世話になるたびに、さくらは社会性を持ち、元気になって帰ってくるように感じます。また、私たち飼い主では気づかなかったさくらの一面も知ることができました。
今17歳のさくらですが、もっと早くワンコ・ワークスを知っていれば、愛犬とのコミュニケーションをもっと深め、より良い飼い主になれたのではないかと思います。
“I was looking for a cage-free pet hotel for daytime care, and that’s what led me to Wancoworks. What I appreciate most is how lovingly the staff care for the dogs.
Sakura, who has always had free rein in our house and yard, wasn’t used to leashes or daily walks, so she had never stayed at a pet hotel in her 16 years.
But at Wancoworks, she was able to freely move around and enjoy herself in a way that truly suited her. I’m so thankful for the environment they provided.
I also really appreciated the daily updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away.
Each time we visit, it feels like Sakura becomes more social and energetic. The staff also helped us discover new sides of her that we hadn’t noticed ourselves.
Sakura is now 17, and I often find myself thinking—if only we had discovered Wancoworks sooner, we might have been able to communicate with her better and become even more attentive dog parents.”

清潔でゲージフリーな環境

清潔でゲージフリーな環境が気に入っています。また、トレーナーが常時在中している点も安心です。YouTubeに動画が公開されるので、元気に遊んでいる姿も見ることができ、楽しく過ごせている様子が伝わってきます。家に帰ってからは、イタズラもせず過ごしています。 滞在中にトリミングもできたので、これからも利用していきたいです。
“I love how clean and cage-free the environment is. It’s also reassuring that a professional trainer is always present.
Seeing videos of Maui happily playing on YouTube really shows how much fun he’s having. When he gets home, he’s calm and doesn’t cause any mischief.
He even got groomed during his stay! We’ll definitely keep using Wancoworks in the future.”

トレーニングとペットホテルの両方を利用したかった

ワンコ達が楽しそうに過ごしている写真を見て、安心して預けられると感じました。トレーニングとペットホテルの両方を利用したかったため、ワンコ・ワークスを選びました。
ワンコ・ワークスに着くと早く中に入りたくて仕方がない我が家のワンコず。送って頂く写真やYouTubeにUPされる動画を見てもとにかく楽しそうに過ごしていて、本当に大好きなんだな、と思います。
人は大好きだけれど犬が苦手なルイはスタッフさんに思いっきり甘えられて幸せそう。ノアは大きなワンコ達と思いっきり遊んで本当に楽しそう。
スタッフさんの対応もとても良く、ワンコ達を可愛がってくださっていることも伝わってきてありがたいです。
これまでペットホテルを利用することに抵抗がありましたが、ワンコ・ワークスはたまに利用しないと犬から不満が出そうです（笑）
“When I saw how happy the dogs looked in the photos, I felt confident about leaving ours in Wancoworks’ care. We wanted a place that offered both training and boarding, and this was perfect.
Every time we arrive, our dogs can’t wait to get inside.
In the photos and YouTube videos they share, it’s clear they’re having an amazing time.
Our dog Louis is a people-lover but shy around other dogs—he looks so happy cuddling with the staff.
Noah, on the other hand, enjoys playing with the bigger dogs and always looks like he’s having a blast.
The staff are wonderful, and you can really tell how much they love and care for the dogs.
I used to be hesitant about pet hotels, but now I think if we don’t bring them here, our dogs might actually complain!”

旅行大好きの私達は安心

旅行大好きの私達は全てを小豆と一緒と言う訳にいかないのでワンコワークスのお陰で安心して旅行を楽しむ事ができます。チェックイン時暖かく迎えて下さりアウト時には様子をスタッフさんも楽しそうに教えて下さり嬉しく思います。また写真も毎回可愛く撮ってくれ大切に保管しています。
“My partner and I love to travel, but of course, we can’t bring Azuki with us everywhere. Thanks to Wancoworks, we can enjoy our trips knowing she’s in good hands.
They always give us a warm welcome at check-in and happily share her stories when we return.
We also treasure the adorable photos they take each time—those are now cherished keepsakes.”

預けて良かったな

ここなら安心して任せられると思って、1ヶ月のしつけトレーニングでお世話になった後、ロングステイや宿泊も利用するようになりました。びすけは毎回、本当に嬉しそうに喜んで、後ろを振り返ることなく駆け込んでいきます！
YouTubeで様子を見られるのも、とても嬉しいサービスです。楽しそうに過ごしているびすけや他のわんこのお友達を見て、預けて良かったなと毎回思います。ワンコ・ワークスに出会えて本当に良かったです！
はしゃぎすぎて他の子より大変なところもあるびすけですが、いつもたくさんの愛情で迎えてくださり、ありがとうございます。
“I initially brought Biske here for a month-long training program because I felt this was a place I could trust.
Since then, we’ve used long stays and overnight boarding too.
Every time we visit, Biske runs in joyfully without even looking back!

歳を取ってからも通える、遥かに良い環境

最初は自宅から近かったため、ワンコ・ワークスに通い始めました。我が家の犬たち4頭は全員が通っており、3頭はすでに亡くなりましたが、亡くなる数日前まで通っていました。歳を取ってからも通わせたのは、他のわんこ達から刺激を貰ったり、スタッフさんが付いてゆっくり歩かせてくれたり、たとえお昼寝している時間のが多くても、誰もいない中留守番させるより、スタッフさんに見守って貰えて、愛犬にとって、遥かに良い環境であった為です。
“We initially chose Wancoworks because it was close to home. All four of our dogs have gone there—three of them have since passed, but they were attending right up until a few days before they left us.
Even in their later years, we kept bringing them because being around other dogs was stimulating, and the staff would walk slowly alongside them, allowing them to move at their own pace.
Even if they were napping most of the day, it was far better than being left alone at home.
Having the staff gently watch over them gave us such peace of mind, and we truly believe it was the best environment for them.”
