“When I was looking for a training class for my puppy, I chose Wancoworks because it was relatively close and seemed like a good fit. We’ve since used both their training and boarding services. インターネットでワンコ・ワークスを知り、パピー時期の社会化のためにショートステイを回数券で利用しました。ナラは大型犬で成長が早く、体重もどんどん増えていましたが、パピー時期なら購入時の体重で半年間利用でき、半年以降も9ヶ月まで追加料金で継続できることに感動しました✨
ドッグランでは不安がありましたが、訓練士の方がいるので安心できました。犬は言葉を話せませんので、最初は預けることに少し不安もありましたが、スタッフさんがいつも明るく笑顔で迎えてくださり、ショートステイ中の様子を教えてくださったり、可愛い写真もいただけました。

“I found Wancoworks online and started using their short-stay service with a coupon package to help socialize our puppy. Nara is a large breed and was growing quickly, but I was impressed that the short-stay plan could be used for six months based on the puppy’s weight at the time of purchase, and that it could be extended until 9 months with an additional fee.
I was initially anxious about letting her play in the dog park, but having a trainer present made me feel reassured. Since dogs can’t express themselves in words, I had some hesitation at first about leaving her, but the cheerful and welcoming staff, the updates during her stay, and the adorable photos they provided made all the difference.

日中、ケージレスのホテルを探していて、ワンコ・ワークスを選びました。スタッフの皆さんが愛を持って犬たちに接してくださる点がとても良いです。普段から自由に家の中やお庭で遊ぶさくらは、散歩の習慣がなく、リードも使ったことがないため、通常のペットホテルではストレスが溜まり、16歳になるまでペットホテルに泊まったことがありませんでした。
しかし、ワンコ・ワークスでは、さくらが自由に歩き回り、遊べる環境を作っていただき、心から感謝しています。
また、スタッフの皆様が愛情を持って可愛がってくださり、お世話になっている間に、毎日の写真とともにさくらの様子を教えていただけるのがとても安心でした。

ワンコ・ワークスに着くと早く中に入りたくて仕方がない我が家のワンコず。送って頂く写真やYouTubeにUPされる動画を見てもとにかく楽しそうに過ごしていて、本当に大好きなんだな、と思います。
人は大好きだけれど犬が苦手なルイはスタッフさんに思いっきり甘えられて幸せそう。ノアは大きなワンコ達と思いっきり遊んで本当に楽しそう。

歳を取ってからも通える、遥かに良い環境

最初は自宅から近かったため、ワンコ・ワークスに通い始めました。我が家の犬たち4頭は全員が通っており、3頭はすでに亡くなりましたが、亡くなる数日前まで通っていました。歳を取ってからも通わせたのは、他のわんこ達から刺激を貰ったり、スタッフさんが付いてゆっくり歩かせてくれたり、たとえお昼寝している時間のが多くても、誰もいない中留守番させるより、スタッフさんに見守って貰えて、愛犬にとって、遥かに良い環境であった為です。
“We initially chose Wancoworks because it was close to home. All four of our dogs have gone there—three of them have since passed, but they were attending right up until a few days before they left us.
Even in their later years, we kept bringing them because being around other dogs was stimulating, and the staff would walk slowly alongside them, allowing them to move at their own pace.
Even if they were napping most of the day, it was far better than being left alone at home.
Having the staff gently watch over them gave us such peace of mind, and we truly believe it was the best environment for them.”

Is Wancoworks a membership-based service?

Yes, Wancoworks does offer a membership system, but both members and non-members are welcome to use our services.
By paying an annual membership fee of ¥22,000, members receive a variety of benefits — including discounted rates for boarding and daycare services, access to short stay plans (up to 5 hours), multi-use passes, special discounts at our shop, and exclusive pricing for regular dog food subscriptions.
If you’re planning to use our services for 16 nights or more per year, becoming a member is highly recommended, as it will definitely save you money in the long run.

■Dog Hotel (Short & Long-Term Stays)
Whether you’re away for a short trip or an extended period, we provide a loving and safe environment where your dog can feel at home. Long-term stays are always welcome.
■Daycare (Short Stay – up to 5 hours [Members Only] / Long Stay – up to 12 hours)
Perfect for when you’re out shopping, working, or have special plans.
Short stay is available exclusively for members, and multi-use passes are also offered for regular users.
As a bonus, we’ll gift you an adorable photo of your pup taken during their visit.
■Grooming
Professional grooming services are available during your dog’s stay.
Regular grooming helps with overall health checks and ensures your dog goes home clean, fresh, and happy.
■Health Management & Special Care
We work closely with our partner veterinarians to provide gentle, attentive care for senior dogs, puppies, and those with medical needs.
■Daily Reports
You’ll receive daily updates with photos of your dog via LINE or email, so you can stay connected no matter how far away you are.
■Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service
Nationwide transportation is available, including pick-up and drop-off to and from major airports.

Is there any test or screening required before using Wancoworks?

No formal test or screening is required.
However, for first-time guests, we conduct a consultation to learn more about your dog’s personality, health condition, and daily habits.
This helps us create a safe and comfortable environment tailored to each dog’s needs and to ensure compatibility within the group.
If your dog has a history of aggression or requires special care, please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Can I come in for tour?

Yes!
we would be happy to give you a tour of our facility — but please note that tours are available by appointment only, in order to prevent any accidents and ensure the safety of all dogs in our care.
We also kindly ask that you do not bring your dog with you during the tour.
When a dog enters the facility together with their owner, they tend to remain in a “pack mindset,” which can get in the way of dogs becoming friends. 　For your dog to experience our service, we recomend our 5 hour trial stay!
I need to cancel my trip — can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation as long as you contact us by the day before your scheduled check-in.
There is no cancellation fee, but we kindly ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or make changes.
Please note that during peak seasons (such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and New Year holidays), we often have a waiting list. In those cases, we would appreciate it if you could contact us at least three days in advance whenever possible.
If you need to make a last-minute extension or change, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Additional charges may apply outside of business hours, but we are happy to assist you during regular hours.
Please contact us by phone or LINE.
Please be aware that last-minute or no-show cancellations may result in cancellation fees or refusal of future reservations.

My dog isn't good with other dogs.
Can I still use your service?

Absolutely!
We understand that not all dogs enjoy being around other dogs — and that’s perfectly okay.
For dogs who prefer more space or are not comfortable in group settings, we carefully select compatible companions or simply let them enjoy one-on-one time with our staff.
If your dog is happiest playing or relaxing with humans, we make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and fun from our team.
Every dog is different, and we always tailor our care to suit each individual personality.
What paperwork and vaccines do I need for my dog?

■ Vaccination & Documentation Requirements
Yes, we require proof of the following vaccinations:
A combination vaccine (3 or more types) administered within the past year
A rabies vaccination certificate from within the past year
If your dog is unable to receive vaccinations due to medical reasons, a recent antibody titer test report will be required instead.
To ensure the safety of all dogs in our care, we ask that you provide clear proof of vaccination including your dog’s name, vaccination date, and vaccine details.
If we do not receive valid documentation, we will not be able to accept your dog for stay.
Please either send us a photo of the certificate in advance, or bring the original with you on the day of check-in.
